Quarts de Chaume Grand Cru

This exceptional Grand Cru comes from a rigorous selection, carried out by hand harvesting with several successive sorting, to ensure an optimal concentration of noble rot across the entire harvest (yield of 25 hl/ha). The pressing, gentle and precise, allows for the extraction of all the finesse of the grape.

After careful settling, fermentation takes place slowly in temperature-controlled tanks at low temperatures. The aging, conducted in barrels on fine lees, lasts for 18 months, giving the wine remarkable aromatic richness and great complexity.

This Quarts de Chaume is only produced in the most favorable vintages. A rare and precious wine, it is made in very limited quantities: only 500 to 600 magnums per year at Domaine FL. Only a few estates have the privilege of cultivating this exceptional terroir.

Savennières

Savennières 2023

Savennières – Elegance and freshness in a bottle Appreciated for the purity of its expression and its freshness, our Savennières captivates with a subtle balance between sweetness, tension, and minerality. This dry white wine, made exclusively from the Chenin Blanc grape, develops fine aromas of white-fleshed fruits, white flowers, and light honeyed notes on the nose, evolving over time into more complex nuances of dried fruits and soft spices. On the palate, it stands out with a smooth attack followed by a lively and persistent freshness, supported by a mineral backbone typical of the great terroirs of Savennières. Its length and elegance make it a wine of character, both accessible when young and promising with age. Ideal for pairing with grilled fish, seafood, or summer vegetarian dishes, it also pairs with originality and refinement with a porcini mushroom omelet or herb-roasted poultry. Our communal cuvée comes from plots located on an exceptional terroir composed of schist and sandy soils. These well-drained soils rich in mineral elements give the wine its signature: finesse, liveliness, and depth. Also available in magnum. For any request for another vintage or advice contact us

La Croix Picot 2023

Savennières – La Croix Picot, mineral purity and distinction Located on the heights of the appellation, the parcel La Croix Picot thrives on a remarkable terroir composed of schist and sandy soils. This poor, well-drained soil rich in minerals gives our Chenin Blanc an expression of great precision. The wine captivates with its chiseled freshness, fine aromas of white flowers, citrus, and yellow-fleshed fruits, all carried by a remarkable mineral tension. The palate, straight and elegant, extends into a saline finish, a signature of the finest Savennières. La Croix Picot establishes itself as a gastronomic wine, equally at ease with noble fish as with refined vegetarian dishes or pressed cheeses. This cuvée has been praised by American critic James Suckling, who awarded it a score of 93/100, recognizing its balance, finesse, and aging potential. Also available in magnum.
