Savennières La Frémine is the embodiment of the expression of Chenin Blanc on schist soils. This organic Savennières cuvée is the result of the vinification of grapes from a plot that bears the same name.
Its color is pale yellow with bright reflections. The bouquet is adorned with notes of white flowers and lime. On the palate, this wine is a perfect balance between salinity and minerality. There is no doubt that this wine pairs wonderfully with seaside cuisine.
