Thanks to its subtle balance and expressive character, I Adore is enjoyed with great ease while maintaining a beautiful finesse on the palate. The cuvée benefits from careful aging: 9 months in tank on lees for aromatic richness, followed by 16 months on racks to refine the mousse and gain complexity.
