This millennia-old history gives these vines a soul and depth that can be found in each of our bottles.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe schist soils, the ideal full south exposure, and the Loire microclimate create an environment perfectly suited for the pure expression of Chenin Blanc, the only grape variety allowed in the appellation. The natural conditions are enhanced by demanding viticultural practices: no herbicides or insecticides, very low yields, prohibition of chaptalization… All these choices aim to preserve the authenticity and aromatic richness of the wine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOriginating from certified organic farming, our Roche aux Moines wines stand out for their great complexity, intense minerality, and remarkable aging potential.
